Day 1
Paperwork
When you arrive at Deep Roots Chiropractic, you will be asked to fill out our New Patient Intake forms. Online versions of these forms can be found at the link below. NOTE: filling out your paperwork prior to coming to your appointment will save you 15-20 minutes in our office!
Consultation
After your posture assessment, you will sit down with our team for a one-on-one healthcare consult. We will discuss your current concerns, any past health conditions, and goals for recovery. During the consultation you will have the opportunity to ask any questions or concerns you may have.
Detailed Examination
Following your consultation, a member of the Deep Roots Chiropractic team will lead you through a detailed spinal examination. This allows Dr. Jarod to gain an understanding for how your body is moving, guiding his care to the areas of your body that are under the most stress.
Chiropractic Postural X-Rays
When indicated, you may be taking x-rays at the end of your first visit. In our office, we use state-of-the-art digital x-ray technology that allows us to get the clearest image of your spine! We follow a saying in our office: "To see is to know, to not see is to guess, and we will never guess with your health!"
Day 2
Report of Findings
At your second visit, Dr. Jarod will provide more information about chiropractic, our approach to care, and our expectations for your care. He will walk you through the findings that were obtained from your initial visit and lay out individualized care recommendations that will allow you to live your happiest, healthiest life!
First Adjustment
After Dr. Jarod completes your report of findings, you can receive your first chiropractic adjustment. We value your time and know that you have a busy schedule. It is our goal to get your health taken care of in a timely manner so you can return to the things that you love to do. Each visit going forward will be 10-15 minutes.
