FAQs

Many times in healthcare, decisions are made out of confusion and fear. It's our job at Deep Roots Chiropractic to get your questions answered so you are able to make an informed decision regarding your health!

Q: How much is care going to cost?

A: Every patient case is different, so the cost will be determined by Dr. Jarod once he has a chance to look at your consultation, posture assessment, spinal examination, and x-rays!

After Dr. Jarod has a chance to review this information, he will get you personalized care recommendations and discuss finances with you during your 2nd visit, which is your Report of Findings.

Q: Will I get adjusted during my first visit?

A: Dr. Jarod does not typically adjust anyone on their first visit. Our team gathers a lot of information regarding your health challenges during your first visit and it's Dr. Jarod's mission to give you the most specific and accurate care recommendations possible.

Q: Will I need x-rays?

A: Every patient case is different. Dr. Jarod may recommend x-rays if they are warranted based on your consultation, posture assessment, and spinal examination. The good new is, Deep Roots Chiropractic has state-of-the-art digital x-ray technology in-house and will be able to get the clearest images of your spine!

Q: If I already have x-rays or MRIs, should I bring copies?

A: Absolutely! We encourage you to bring any relevant images with you that can give us a better idea of how your body is functioning!

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: We do not process insurance in our office. Dr. Jarod believes that while insurance companies provide savings for those that use these services, they do not have your health's best interests in mind. Your health is worth more than a handful of pre-approved visits. With deductibles and co-pays on the rise, we offer competitive cash rates.

Q: How long will each visit take?

A: Your New Patient Consultation and Report of Findings will be two of your longer appointments in our office. Plan on these appointments taking about 60 minutes due to the fact that we are obtaining and reviewing a lot of information regarding your health!

After these first two visits, each adjustment should be about 5-10 minutes (this doesn't include wait times, some days are busier than others and you may have to wait to get adjusted)

NOTE: If you have multiple family members going through a New Patient Consultation/Report of Findings, these appointments may run over 60 minutes!

Q: Is chiropractic safe for me and my family?

A: Absolutely! Chiropractic is a safe and effective option for everyone. It is one of the largest healing professions on the planet that doesn't involve the use of drugs and surgery. Chiropractic is centered around restoring communication between the brain and the rest of the body, allowing our bodies to heal themselves naturally!

Q: Where is our office located?

A: We are located in the strip mall across the street from the ACE Hardware on Holmen Drive. Our office is in between Hacienda Vieja Mexican Restaurant and Heavenly Crossroads Salon and Spa!
